Sustainability

What is sustainability?

“…. meeting the needs of the present without comprising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs…”   (United Nations Brundtland Commission, 1987)

Why?

We support the Department for Education’s sustainability strategies for schools to prepare and empower children and young people for the challenges and the opportunities we will uncover on our journey towards Net Zero.

Our Climate Action Plans below evidence our progress to date, and our targets and aspirations for the future.
